1. Service description

Fortune K ("we", "us") provides AI-generated Korean Saju (Four Pillars of Destiny) readings and personalised Q&A answers based on your birth data. All content is produced for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Fortune K readings are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or psychological).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a reading. By completing a purchase you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Payments

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are charged at the time of purchase via Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment card details. Basic readings are $4.99; Q&A answers are $4.99 per question. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

4. No-refund policy

All sales are final. Readings and answers are digital content that begins generating and is delivered immediately upon payment, with your express request and prior consent. Because the full value of the product is consumed at the moment of delivery, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances — including dissatisfaction with the content, a change of mind, accidental purchase, or failure to read this policy before purchasing.

Before completing payment, you are required to separately and affirmatively check a box confirming that you have read and agree to this no-refund policy. By doing so, you acknowledge that performance begins immediately and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you expressly waive any statutory right of withdrawal, cooling-off period, or cancellation right that might otherwise apply to digital content or distance-selling contracts.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer or payment processor does not entitle you to a refund and does not override this policy. We treat unwarranted chargebacks as a breach of these Terms and reserve the right to contest them by providing your payment processor with evidence of delivery and of your explicit consent to this policy at checkout, and to suspend or terminate your account pending resolution.

The sole exception is a technical failure that prevents delivery entirely (e.g. no email received despite a successful payment). If this happens, contact support@fortune-k.com within 7 days of purchase. At our sole discretion, we will investigate and either re-deliver your reading at no additional charge or, only if re-delivery is not possible, issue a refund. This exception does not apply once a reading has been successfully delivered to the email address on file.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or publish readings without our written permission
• Use automated tools to place orders or scrape content
• Provide false birth data to manipulate results
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Saju readings are provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any reading. We are not responsible for decisions made based on reading content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fortune K's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the reading in question.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
